Planning

Our staff at Charles Andrews Ltd are regularly requested by solicitors to provide expert witness advice in all aspects of engineering.
The practice also frequently works on behalf of insurance companies and loss adjusters in assessing claims with an engineering content.

Low Carbon Consultants
The benefits which this provides for clients are:-
  • If you are planning a new building or the refurbishment of an existing building this will need to conform to the conservation of fuel and power specifications of the Building Regulations Part L (2006). Employing a Low Carbon Consultant will ensure this.
  • If you will be selling or letting a building from April 2008 you will need an energy performance certificate - a Low Carbon Consultant will be able to provide one.
  • If you occupy or own a publicly accessed building you may need to display an energy performance certificate - a Low Carbon Consultant will be able to advise you.
